You can shorten Presto survey links (or change them into something that's easier to remember) by clicking thecustomize link on any links page:
By default, the link name includes your company name plus the survey name:
You can can change this to any text you want:
Warning: if you customize survey links, your old links will no longer work!
If you have already distributed survey links or QR codes (and expect customers to use them), you should not customize the links.
